The 16th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2027) will take place from 6 to 9 May 2027 at PACIFICO Yokohama, Japan.

Under the theme “Zen and Innovation: Harmony in Reproductive Medicine”, the Congress reflects the balance between time honoured principles and cutting-edge advancements in reproductive science, bringing together thoughtful practice and technological progress to shape the future of patient care.

ASPIRE 2027 will feature a comprehensive scientific programme, covering key developments across the field and expanding into emerging areas through our Special Interest Groups.

The Congress will also highlight a special guest appearance commemorating close to five decades of IVF, offering a meaningful reflection on how far the field has come and the possibilities ahead.
